Last nite, Kylie made Gnocchi for us. But, it contained fresh oregano, basil and zucchini FROM OUR GARDEN!

Something special, though, is that the red legs silverbeet is from OUR GARDEN!

Country Road - you need a new model?

Way back when I lived in Sydney, there was a small establishment in The Rocks called the 'Lord Nelson' which brewed it's own beer. Do you know how excited I was when I found it at Dans? Give it a go!

These flowers in my backyard are the inspiration for me getting back into gardening (in a real, not virtual, garden).

I'm raising some seeds, but can't wait. So, I'm gonna go and get some seedlings.

In case you have an iPhone, even though you turn data roaming off (as shown in the attached picture), it does NOT turn data roaming off. This is only for when you are overseas.
I'm telling you this because of the more than 100 dollar charges I received for the 2nd month in a row for data roaming!

I cant believe it has been one year (and 20 kilos between us) since we were in Thailand, riding elephants!

We had our whole family for tea on Saturday night (15 people).

We took this shot because our house was super clean that night. We cooked tea (Pizza Entree, Moroccan Chicken Main - thanks Jonathan from Master Chef and Panna Cotta Dessert) for 15. I ran out of Ras El Hanout, so the Moroccan Chicken didnt taste as Moroccan as I had hoped, but it was a nice night. My parents were here as well. It was their 42nd Wedding Anniversary last week and mum had been complaining (hint hint) that my dad wouldnt buy her a coffee machine from Aldi. So, we did!

And, the first shot is what greets you when you walk into our home.
